Thank you for considering in booking for your wedding day.
Please read the following below before you enquire
Payments & Deposit
Your total booking cost is paid over 2 payments. First is the $500 non-refundable/non-transferable booking fee to secure your wedding day. The second and final instalment is due one month before your wedding day. All payments are made online via my invoice payment portal.
Travel fees & Parking
Travel fees are inclusive for all hairstyling packages
For hotel parking, where parking isn't complimentary the client will need to cover valet parking costs and make arrangements for ease of parking on arrival.
Hair Trials
A Hair trial is highly recommended, and included as part of your hairstyling package. No refunds are given if you decide not to do a trial. I suggest booking a trial approx 2 months out from your wedding day. I advise to book your trial in asap, so you get your preferred day and time. PLEASE NOTE: all trials take place at our studio during business hours. Tuesday to Saturday permitting availability.
A maximum of two hair styles can be trialed in the 2 hour appointment.
Please ensure you choose hairstyles closest to your hair colour for realistic results & bring along images of your dress along with your veil & accessories. Its a great idea to wear white, so you can see your full look.
Bridal trials are only available for clients who have placed a deposit for their wedding day. If you have not secured your date, I cannot schedule a trial.
Cancellations
Booking fee is $500 are non-refundable.
Cancellations due to Covid-19, are still non- refundable, however transfers to a new date within 12 months of original wedding date, permitting availability.
In the unlikely event that I am sick, hospitalised or unable to work on your wedding/event, I will contact you and arrange for your deposit to be refunded to you or transferred to another hairstylist who will look after your wedding day hair styling.
Additional Fees
All styling services will commence after 7:00am. If you require an earlier start time, an additional fee may apply
An additional fees of $200 for all Public Holidays will apply.
