DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
Your total booking cost is paid over 2 payments. First is the $400 non-refundable/non-transferable booking fee to secure your wedding day. The second and final instalment is due one month before your wedding day. Payment plans can be set up if you wish to pay off your deposit and/or total booking amount.
IS THERE TRAVEL FEES?
Travel fees are inclusive for all hairstyling packages in the Northern Rivers and Tweed Coast areas. Travel outside these areas will incur a travel fee calculated in your initial quote.
For hotel parking, where parking isn't complimentary the client will need to cover valet parking costs and make arrangements for ease of parking on arrival.
IS A HAIR PREVIEW INCLUDED?
A Hair Preview isn't part of your package, it is an added extra service. We highly recommend a preview as it gives you a chance to meet your hairstylist and to work out exactly how you would like it to look!
PLEASE NOTE: all trials take place at our studio during business hours. Thursday to Saturday permitting availability at either our GC or Ballina locations.
Bridal trials are only available for clients who have placed a deposit for their wedding day. If you have not secured your date, I cannot schedule a trial.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
We understand that things may happen and in the rare event you may need to cancel. However your booking fee is of $400 is non-refundable. Cancellations less then 2 months out will require full payment of services.
Cancellations due to pandemics, lockdowns, relationship breakdowns, are still non- refundable, however transfers to a new date within 12 months of original wedding date, permitting availability is considered.
In the very unlikely event that I am sick, hospitalised or unable to work on your wedding/event, I will have a back up stylist and will contact you to let you know of any changes.
WHAT IF I HAVE EXTRA PEOPLE OR HAVE LESS THEN THE ORIGINAL BOOKING?
Extra people can in most cases be accommodated on the day - full payment does need to organised before the day. This is so we can make sure adequate timing is provided for services this fee will be charged on top of your quoted package.
As bookings are secured months in advance PLEASE NOTE that full payment of quoted and booked services is required even if there is less people - it is always better to under book and add closer to the date, if you are not sure if someone will want services.
